More than 25 years of international experience in industrial asset transactions, power generation, oil refining and project development. Specialized in the acquisition, sale, assessment, relocation and redevelopment of complex industrial assets worldwide.

Supported projects involving power plants, oil refineries, process plants and large-scale industrial infrastructure across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas.

This combination of commercial, technical and project execution expertise enables PRIOS to support complex industrial transactions and development projects from initial assessment through implementation.

Supported projects across contractor, consultancy and owner environments, with particular experience in power generation, industrial facilities and unconventional project structures requiring practical and commercially sound solutions.

This combination of technical, commercial and execution expertise strengthens PRIOS’ power generation and industrial project capabilities from early assessment through implementation.
